Shipping taking too long

HI there,

How long does apple ship within USA? using the Express Delivery. because i ordered on the 29th of February 2020 and it still in processing since today 13th of March. It has not even been shipped.

Why is it taking so long?

Anyone knows?

NO nobody in these user to user technical forums works for Apple, nor is Apple in these forums.
