After falling, my Mac Keeps Restarting and touchbar display is off but works

So about 4 months ago, I dropped my macbook pro (13-inch, 2018)when i picked it up, I hadn't noticed any major damage apart from a few dents, but it had turned off. So I quickly booted it up, and after using it for about 7 minutes, it suddenly froze, the fan blew loudly and the whole laptop shut down,before starting itself up again. When it did, the touchbar wouldn't turn on, but still responded to touch. It also showed an error message. Since then my laptop has been restarting on its own, showing me the same error message;

This is the message

I want to send it to an apple store but the nearest one's a plane trip away so I want to know if anyone could have an idea on what the problem could possibly be, and if it can be solved without having to visit an apple repair shop
