Too many new apple IDs
I want to delete all my accounts on iphone 6s and i want to create a new one it says this iphone has been used to creatw too many new apple IDs please contact apple support to request apple ID

You can create a new account on another device such as a Mac and then log into that account on your phone. However, creating new Apple IDs generally causes more problems than it solves. Why do you think you need a new one?
