Could not download messages from iCloud evacuee some stopped me

Hello, Today is my first day getting into this stuff, and the reason I’ve finally got this far is because I was concerned that my phone has been compromised. So as I was exploring I was attempting to figure out if my router was reconfigured in my home or my phone has an alternate iCloud account along with mine and have the administrator privilege last. Iv been up for about 24 hrs attempting to figure it out, I think my phone is rooted. So I anyways I attempted restoring from my pack up from iCloud Drive and being my first day I tried just restore my phone mess ages, and than a notification piped up and said unable to download full message file due to another iCloud account had retrieved it back.

That’s just the thing axel, I did not jailbreak it, lol. And also I just had signed our of my Apple account here and as soon as I did so the login window came up and I had not even pressed sign in.

its been a reaccuring feeling, and I have been through once before where I had lived at a house temporarily with some riff rafts and the same thing happened to to my laptop, messed it right up and attempted to black mail me, I’m a rowdy dude I’ve met some messed up people haha but ya this totally sucks

I received a notification saying not all the messages were transferred to drop box due to and outs side source downloading from my message app. I for got to adjust my setting. I

will that wipe it clean ? Like the whole thing

After the wipe I back it up from iCloud I pressume
