Stuck in DFU Mode

My iPhone XR died a few nights ago from lack of battery, and since then it will not turn on. I tried to force shut it down with Volume Up Volume Down and Hold Power, but that didn’t turn it back on. I connected it to my Windows Laptop and tried to restore it using iTunes and that hasn’t worked as it just boots up and my computer tells me it’s in recovery mode again. I don’t know what to do shy of going to an Apple store, but I’m at school right now and it would be difficult to seek out professional help, to say the least. Any and all advice is welcome. Thank you.
