After spending $400 for replacing iPhone5s less than 180 days, its speaker doesn’t work when playing music and no ring tone during incoming calls. Apple service technicians couldn’t solve the problem. Please help!

If you tried all the methods, including restarting and resetting your phone, the issue might be hardware. In that case only an in-person inspection and testing can identify the problem. Sorry.
Take iPhone to Apple Store, or Authorized Apple Service Provider to have it checked out. Probraly, hardware issues.
