How in the do I get this U2 album out of my library PERMANENTLY???

And before anyone tells me about "hiding" it, I have "hid" it and "hid" it so many times it's ridiculous -- and every **** time I go though my music again, THERE IT IS AGAIN. I could maybe live with just hiding it -- if it would actually, oh, y'know, STAY HIDDEN...

I didn't ask for it, I will NEVER listen to it, and I DON'T WANT IT!!!

I have been trying the "SOI Removal" page every so often for probably months now, and it always asks for me to login, and then it ALWAYS tells me "Your AppleID or password was entered incorrectly." Every. Single. Time. Funny -- I used the EXACT SAME AppleID and password just now to log in to my account here with no problem...

How in the **** do I remove this f'n thing??? I don't want to hide it -- I WANT IT GONE!!!!!

Contact Apple Support and explain the issue.

Yeah, and AS I ALREADY STATED in my post, I have tried that SOI Removal page numerous times for months now, and IT DOESN"T WORK. It keeps telling me that I entered my AppleID or password incorrectly. Where's your reading comprehension been?

(and the only reason I'm only now so aggravated by it, is when it first showed up, I tried to delete it, but it only hid it instead. Whatever -- it stayed hidden, so I didn't really care. But for some reason, for the last, I don't know, six months or so, it keeps constantly popping right back up a few days after I hide it. If it would just STAY HIDDEN, I wouldn't care. But it's driving me crazy that it keeps showing back up all the time...)
