i got an ip11 but unfortunally it was broken by an accident . really , literaly broken . is there any way to help me with ???

As long as it’s not separated into multiple pieces, it should be possible to get a replacement from Apple or an authorized service provider. Apple has fixed “other repair” prices in many countries, although their affiliated service providers may have different service prices. It would require an exchange of the damaged device. Whether or not there are recoverable/reusable parts doesn’t affect the price they charge.

If you need the data from the device, that’s another matter. It might be possible to recover data with a working touchscreen assembly depending on the extent of the damage. Apple won’t do it since the case is obviously damaged.

Did you buy apple care plus? That is an extra policy that has accidental damage protection. If so there is probably something tht can be done. If not, then no, sorry, nothing Apple can do. You could look into your homeowner’s or rental insurance policy for your home and see if that may cover it.
