I am facing network call drop on my iPhone 11 Pro and opened a case on Aug 2020. Till today there is no fix and funny thing is they are unable to identify the issue. Every time they simply suggest for OS update and after update enabling to call logging and asking to us to replicate the issue with time stamps.
Till today i have provide that information 5 times to sr.esclation team and they always keep on working with engineering team and those are unable to identified the issue.
The worst Support which i never expected from Apple (Acting in the call like not raceable and simply disconnecting the line). I want device replacement.
