Replace the phone

I received this phone 10 November. I have noticed this phone have few issues, like hanged it self for few minutes, battery performance is very bad. 4g network doesn’t come on this phone.. I reset the network quit few times but doesn’t work. I want you to replace my phone.. thanks

You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return it for a refund.
