Requesting replacement iPhone

My phone is not working properly and I want to change it from your iPhone service sent

Requesting to Replace my iPhone Hi, Expecting a help from your side,got frustrated the service which I got from iPhone never expected this type of service from apple. This is the second time I am facing issues in my iPhone within 5 months, everytime I need to submit my phone 15-20 days in the customer care center. Both the time I have faced issues in hardware then also they are ready to replace it. They have repairwd one part after one month again facing new issue in display in just 5 months this type issues. warranty service Hello I'm from Ukraine I recently bought a 14 pro max, but after 15 days I sent it in for repair. LTE did not work correctly. Today I called the service and they said that the entire back of the phone was to be replaced. Can I request a replacement for a new phone? sorry for my English.

If the phone is covered by AppleCare and Apple is not able to repair the phone, you will be offered a refurbished phone.....not a new phone.
