Please Apple support my iPhone 6 Plus can’t be connected why why please replace my phone

Apple support my phone was connected with service and all all of a sudden it went from 100 to 0 I took it to a store and they told me this iPhone 6 Plus needs to be replaced by Apple they said it’s on your end nothing they could do it’s not broken or nothing I request a new device or my money for it I bought it for 600 dollars

MacTracker indicates that Apple introduced the iPhone 6 Plus in September 2014, and discontinued that model in September 2016. I believe Apple's standard warranty is for one year. But even if you lived in a European country where the laws required 2 or 3 years of coverage, an iPhone 6 Plus would be well out of warranty now (September 2023). It's been seven years since Apple discontinued the phone!


On top of that, you claim that the phone is in "great shape" and "not broken or nothing." So what hardware issue is there with the phone that even an out-of-warranty repair, on your own dime, could possibly fix?
