My Iphone 13 Pro went to abnormal after 18.5 update

Hello ,

I updated my iPhone 13 Pro (256 Gb) to 18.5 and I am facing multiple issues like cellular service disappearing, wifi getting disconnected and getting restarted some times.

my phone was working very good before the update . I connected with the online technical team and they asked me to connect with the Authorized center.


After travelling over 300 kilometers specifically to resolve an issue that arose immediately after

updating my iPhone to iOS version 18.5, I expected a thorough and responsible

diagnosis instead , the staff did not even physically check my device. They merely reviewed the system update logs advised me to replace a part without performing any meaningful inspection or testing of the phone itself. They did not even touch my phone.

Does your iPhone 13 Pro still have its original battery?


And what's the Maximum Capacity % here?...


Settings > Battery > Battery Health & Charging

I was doing a follow-up with the online support team but they could not address the issue or asked me to connect service center unfortunately had a bad experience from the store where they did not even check my phone .


I connected again online support and they agreed that they will arrange a call from the next level or so but I have not received.


I have not found an email id to write Apple so I posted here if Apple can take this up.
