The bottom part speaker id generally in the right side from the charger point right but I replaced the new iphone. The bottom speaker on iPhone 17 Pro is now on the left side of the USB Charging port. So you're replacing phones for an issue which doesn't exist and that is what isn't good. There is NO issue with your phone. There is an issue with your understanding of where the speaker is located on the new phones. You can keep returning your phone, but every replacement you get is going to have the speaker exactly where Apple put if on iPhone 17 Pro models and that is to the LEFT of the USB Port.

Apple doesn’t diagnose to the component level. This means for a multitude of unrelated warranty and out of warranty issues, Apple will replace the logic board. In other words one user could be experiencing a screen issue and another an audio issue. Both issues receive a logic board replacement, to resolve the issue.

Apple does track repairs and if a commonality is detected with symptoms, repairs, replacements etc. Apple will capture examples for engineering to inspect and if a systemic weakness or failure is detected, a Service Program and bulletin will be issued.

Sorry, you are not speaking to Apple here, we are other users just like you who have no access to your account to review any information.

It is not clear what issue you are referring to, so we do not know what assistance we can offer as far as a resolution or if it is possibly a bug in the Software. If you want to continue here with describing the issue you can, or you can contact Apple directly here:

I purchased a 17 pro max about 3 weeks ago (early October 2025.). Its screen went dark one morning after a week of use. I tried force starting it without success. I worked with a very good Apple support person by phone, and after trouble shooting by phone, no success. The service person arranged a Genius Bar appointment. I went to that appointment, and the nice person diagnosed the problem as a logic board (mother board) failure. Apple replaced the logic board under warranty since I had only 3 weeks since purchase. When I went to TMobile to restart cell phone service (because of logic board replacement this was required), another Apple iPhone 27 pro max was there with the same issue! I don’t know how many more people gave this problem but I suspect it is widespread. My son bought a 17 pro max at the same time I did and he just had what appears to be the same issue! Has anyone else had this or a similar issue with the new 17 pro nax? Maybe Apple should investigate and if this problem is widespread as I suspect is the case, then a recall and repair should be offered publicly and soon. Being without your cell phone during a busy life and one’s work for any appreciable amount of time, is very stressful and leads to loss of business etc.

If it was a widespread issue (you experiencing it, seeing someone in the store with it and possibly your son does not indicate widespread at all) you would definitely see a ton of threads on here and all over the internet. Your issue is not the same as the original post so you should have started your own thread as it isn’t relevant at all to this post. Also, if your phone was repaired you don’t actually have an issue anymore unless it presents itself again. If your son is having an issue take it to Apple to have it diagnosed and go from there. There isn’t any technical support anyone on here can provide you since you don’t actually have the issue anymore. This forum isn’t the place to poll others to see if they had an issue you already had repaired
