iPhone repair status update request

Dear Apple Support,


I sent my iPhone to Apple for technical service from Armenia. It has already been more than two weeks since I sent it, but I have not received any information regarding the repair progress or the estimated return date.


Could you please provide me with an update on the status of my device and when I can expect to receive it back?
