Huge Disappointment with Apple Product

Hi All,


To start with I am an Apple user using mobile 8+ and MacBook Pro for a quite long time. I bought an Apple iPhone 6s on July 2019. From very first day of purchase I had issue with wifi connection in the phone.


As soon as I found the issue with my phone, I reached to apple authorised service centre (Conquer)here in Anna Nagra 2nd avenue, Chennai, They suggested me that they would required the phone for observation once after the observation they said that the issue is resolved and gave the phone, But still I have faced the same issue from very next moment I received the mobile.


I reported to the service centre saying the issue is still persisting , Unfortunately support person in the Conquer could not able to explain the root cause and suggested me to reach out the apple customer care.


I have contacted apple support and AMIT (senior support person) was helping me in troubleshoot and said this is highlighted issue in apple 6 series. Engineering team is working on this to fix the issue.

They have suggested me that the issue might be fixed in next software upgrade but sadly it didn't fix my issue. 


I tried to contact Amit but I couldn't get his reply in any medium. So i had to contact apple support again from first and this time Charu (senior support person) troubleshooted again and said the same what Amit had said to me earlier "Still engineering team is working on that and it may be fixed in subsequent updates (but not guaranteed)". 


This has been quite long (nearly 2months after contacting Apple support service) since I opened the ticket with the support team and no one is not guiding me nor providing the proper solution of fix. I had tried all updates including beta version but still no luck.


I haven't use this phone much due to wifi connection issue, which created huge disappointment with the apple and its support.


Could you please clarify me on the below points,

  1. How long I should wait to get an update about the issue ? (Apple case: 100947702862)
  2. Can I get replacement for this? since wifi haven't worked from the day of purchase.
  3. Also a proper solution for the issue.
  4. If you can't help, redirect me to the right person.

We are just users like yourself and have no knowledge of how long it would take to resolve the issue, offer a replacement, or give you a proper solution. The only thing we can suggest is to continue working with Apple Support.
