IPHONE 11 IS NOT WORKING WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER THE WARANTY EXPIRES

My iPhone 11 is not connecting to cellular and wifi, When l visited the apple store . They told they can't repair because of the hardware issues and replacement of the phone is the only solution. I'm really surprised by the answer . Our bad luck is that the phone completed its warranty period just 15 days before the complaint shows. Is there is any way to repair the same ?
