Can you download Apple Card activity to Quicken?
I track my finances on Quicken. Can you download transaction activity to Quicken?

You can't set it up to automatically download directly into Quicken the way that you can with most other cards but you can do the following as described in See your Apple Card spending history - Apple Support
(After exporting, import the file into Quicken)
How to export and download your Apple Card transactions
You can export or download transactions from a previous month as a .CSV or .OFX file to use with third-party financial apps and programs that support those file formats.

Like many of you, I am hoping Apple/GS will get around to make it possible but if you need something to work now, look for an app called TransactQ in the app store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/transactq-apple-card-to-qfx/id1515157920?mt=8). I helped beta test it, works pretty well.
You take a screenshot of the transactions in of the Wallet “Latest Transactions”, open it in the app which will convert the screenshot into a QFX file.
I have found no way to import the PDF or OFX file into Quicken. However, last month I found and purchased a program titled OFX2QIF (there are many variations of this program) by ProperSoft. It was $39 and works very well. Just a few steps and transactions are neatly placed within Quicken.
Today I exported the April OFX files from our Apple cards and ran OFX2QIF and brought the transactions into Quicken (which again it worked without a hitch). Just for fun I thought I would check to see if Apple Card had showed up in the list of institutions providing a connection for direct import...and there it is!!! Search on Apple and you will see Apple Card is there in the list now. I haven't had any luck figuring out how to set it up yet, and see no mention online, but thought I would post that info here for others to investigate.

Open the Wallet app on your iPhone and tap Apple Card.
2. Tap Card Balance.
3. Under Statements, tap the statement you want to export.
4. Tap Export Transactions, then email, print, save, or share the file.

Except that every user so far who tried this reported it doesn't work with Quicken. Instead you get a cryptic error message advising you to contact your financial institution. I tired it and got the same error message.
None of these are usable by Quicken. It used QFX not OFX. So still not very useful to me.
This seems like a major omission to me.

What did you do about the bank ID information that Quicken requires to import the file?
According to reports in other threads Quicken will now import the Apple Card’s OFX files without issues.
Sorry about that. I am a Quicken user and was under the impression that it would import those files with no problem (except for the extra hassle of doing it that way). I don't have an Apple Card because of the lack of direct support for Quicken and also because I can get more cash back rewards with other cards.
Not going to use my apple card b/c it lacks this feature
Does that mean it is still a manual process to export the OSX file from the phone, get that file to the PC, then import the OFX file into Quicken? Why does Apple Card now show as an institution from which direct downloads can be accomplished?
Thank you FoxFifth - one related question regarding QFX downloads.
Are you only able to download QFX files from previous "Monthly Statements" or is there a way to download current activity within an ongoing month (ie have not been summarized into a monthly statement yet)?
Apple...please respond and resolve this issue. This manual process of trying to export transactions for use in Quicken simply doesn't work. Your Apple Card is great, but the lack of support to directly download transactions into Quicken is not helpful for your users.
Thanks for the helpful reply! Cheers!
