HELP! I bought a 200GB storage plan for Icloud, i backed up and updated all my data on my Icloud, deleted the photos from my Iphone because I always get the “full storage” message and now everything I deleted from my Iphone is deleted from my Icloud too. What is the point of paying for 200 gb icloud storage if everything gets deleted anyway?😓

You shouldn't delete the photos,
to store photos in iCloud and optimize iPhone Storage, go to Settings -> Photos -> Optimize iPhone Storage

The only way to recover your photos is by doing that from the "Recently Deleted" album.
Would you please post screenshots of this two screens?
As you can see, your photos are taking ~2GB of storage, that's fine because your phone still has to store low-quality versions of your photos.
You could free some storage by deleting your lightroom files, or creating a full backup of your device and doing a factory reset to remove most of the "other" section.
That is not the problem; the problem is that even though I pay for extra 200Gb storage plan, my phone is still full, i have 60Gb out of 64 gb of my phone’s memory and 100gb on my icloud and i still get the same “full storage” message.

Thank you so much, this was the problem, I had no idea lightroom and splice had a memory on their own even if I deleted the files from my phone. Case solved
