Final Cut Pro X can't see media from Desktop

Hey everyone,

My FCPX can't see any media from Desktop. Drag and Drop works just fine. The problem only occurs when using "Media Import" window (Cmd+I). Other folders associated with iCloud (Documents), or any other 3rd party cloud-based folders are visible. Everything on Desktop remains hidden.

I tried unlinking my Desktop and Documents from iCloud and relinking them. Didn't work.

I also tried reinstalling Final Cut. Didn't work.

I've reset Final Cut Preferences. No effect.

Even though Drag and Drop works with Desktop, I want to have an ability to use it through "Media Import" window.

Attached please find a screenshot of the issue.

Thank you.
