Apple tv+ return deleted free subscription back
Is it possible to return my free Apple TV+ subscription that was deleted accidentally?

It is not possible to accidentally cancel as it requires going into the account, selecting the subscription and then choosing cancel. You will also be asked to confirm the cancellation before it goes through and will be notified that the trial will also be cancelled.
As per the terms once cancelled the trial will also cease immediately and cannot be reactivated. You are free to contact Apple but it is within their discretion as to whether an exception is granted and there is no guarantee.
