Apple Watch Series 4 - MEMS and Bluetooth/Wifi sensor

Hello. I am in the process of writing my master's thesis and I am looking for information on sensors used in smartwatches. I would like to find out where I can find information about the gyro model, accelerator and Bluetooth and WiFi module used in Apple Watch Series 4 or other. Thank you for all the help.
