Cancelling subscriptions

i downloaded some app and put free trial. But the app wouldn’t let me cancel my subscription, and I tried everything. I’ve tried to contact the app people, and uninstalled the app, but nothing works. And my Apple Card is now totally used up. Because it’s been drawing money for two months now without me knowing.

To unsubscribe you need to do it from your Apple ID account, not from within the app itself.


If you want to unsubscribe, follow these steps:

View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support


Officially, all purchases, including subscriptions, are final, but you can try to get a refund by completing the Report a Problem form.
