That is not from Apple. It is a phishing scam. Do not respond to it.
If the only indication of charges is from an email or text, be aware that it may be a phishing attempt to get you to log in to a site that appears to be Apple and divulge your password or credit card information. I was going crazy and before I asked Apple I was worried about getting locked out and I only keep my card information ℹ️ for payment on my phone bill . I filled in the information that asked me for my ssn weird I don’t remember apple ever asking for it but I ended up with a PayPal, app purchase, a Youtube channel and a google business account Apple was great told me they did not see anything but they eventually did I was refunded some $ but they took down my personal accounts should have been the others! so I am still working on it going to the store and changing everything I keep changing pw reset id and pa but every morning something new so I also change my payment ℹ️ 🍎 I need to be better educated with this phone and what I open and answer, I will never get phished or fall for any scams will not do anything on my own!!!
