iPhone 11 SIM issues

I see others have had this issue - signal strength of physical sim and e-sim not the same when both are Verizon ( many times 2-3 bars off )
There is a handshake problem when ending a call on one sim the iPhone 11 should re-enable the other sim and 3-4 times a day, I look at the phone and the other sim ( not the one on my last call ) is not showing any signal strength. I turn ON Airplane Mode and then turn Off Airplane Mode and both sims come back on. Many times there are stored up text and VMs that I did not receive while the other sim was in a non-functioning state.

Please reply with solutions or make sure these bugs are being fixed in the next iOS update. Thank you

Hi there, userpcutah.

I see that you're having a problem using dual SIM cards in your iPhone 11. When you're on a call, the eSIM stops working and you have to turn Airplane Mode on and off to get it working again, and I'm glad to help with this.

If Dual SIM with an eSIM isn't working on your iPhone -- This article provides the information and steps that you need under "If you're on a call and see No Service on your other line".

Thanks for your reply, but I think there was confusion on my issue

I do have a Primary and Secondary signal when the phone is working properly.

I do get calls that come in on both Primary and Secondary numbers when the phone is working properly

I have not set up WiFi enabled on my eSIM so I only have one phone number work when I am on a call (and this is proper function given how I have setup my phone currently)

My Problems are:

3-4 times a day, when I finish a call, the other number does not get enabled (meaning it does not show up on screen with signal)

When this happens, I can use Airplane Mode to reset the SIMS and then I get both working again and sometimes get the texts and VMs that were stacked up on the number that was in a NOT ENABLED STATE

Just another clarification. How do I know my other number does not come back when I am done with a call:

a. No signal strength showing up on top of screen (and both SIMS are same carrier - so not a carrier issue when I have signal)

b. Stored up VMs and text immediately come across once I have enabled the SIM using work around of Airplane Mode

Hopefully, this info is more clear now and the article you sent is not relevant to my issue.
