FaceTime Photos not working

I’m on update 13.3.1 and ever since around late December, I haven’t been able to take any photos on FaceTime. I need help. I’m desperate.

To save FaceTime Live Photos, all participants need iOS 12.1.4 or later, or iPadOS. Not all features of FaceTime Live Photos are available with earlier versions of iOS. FaceTime Live Photos doesn’t work with iOS 11.

He said he’s on iOS 13.3.1 this was not helpful whatsoever

I also had the same problem, was on 13.3 and the FaceTime photos didn’t save! My friend was using her laptop.
