FaceTime

When talking on FaceTime I am unable to take love photos. Meaning I click the button, however, the photos do not appear in my photos. I am on IOS 13.3.1 and I have the FaceTime Live Photo’s setting turned on. Even when I turn the setting off to take still photos they don’t show up in my photos. A similar problem happened in December but it was sporadic. It would work or not work without me changing anything. Now it just won’t work and was wondering if anyone has any solutions.

You can't get rid of it, it is done.

As far as I can tell Live Photos are not available in Factime.

Sorry! My problem is not solved. I realized a mistake when reading through it and attempted to correct it with my own response but accidentally clicked the solved button as well and don't know how to get rid of it.
