Accidentally called 911 Emergency and Now iPhone is Locked
The screen shows, "Your emergency contacts have been notified." Will not allow me to do anything. Completely locked out and cannot hard power down.

You cannot hard switch off your phone?
assuming you have iPhone 7 or later:
press vol up then vol down the press and hold the side button till the screen shuts off. Then release the side button.
then immediately contact your emergency contacts that you are okay.
