I have been informed by ElementCASE, you will be able to add your own engraving to there product later on down the line.

I would like this product if it has the same bottom as the Apple Bumper as in has 3 holes in the bottom(1 for the speaker, mic and charger) rather then one big hole. also the removal of the logo which i take it will happen when they allow us to engrave own logo's or name in.

I am sure you have all seen this case befor. Has anyone on here received this case yet from the 1st pre-order?

Be very careful everyone of spending that much money until you are sure that having the case on does not disrupt everything else you have purchased. Here is an example of why based on an email back and forth with the company:(by the way, Highly recommend the earbuds..best I have ever had).

Keith,

Unfortunally we dont think these would fit with the case.

I have a set of $99 Bose Earbuds that I use for my iPhone 4. 4 pictures of the earbuds can be found on amazon.com at the following link:

http://www.amazon.com/Bose-44435-Bose%C2%AE-In-Ear-Headphones/dp/B000XA8766/ref= sr11?ie=UTF8&s=electronics&qid=1279916064&sr=8-1

The last picture has the actual connector. As you can see, the connector is not straight in as with the ones that come with the phone. Do you think there is enough depth in the Bose Connector so that the right angle would still allow it to be pushed into the phone with your case? What are my options if I order and it does not fit? It seems like there would be enough depth in the connector, but its hard to tell.

here is the link directly to the Bose website:

Thanks,

I also preordered this, and I haven't been impressed with the company yet. For supposedly having shipped several of the preorders already, no one who can access the internet with a camera has received one.

It's getting to the point where I'm planning to cancel my order if there is no evidence of the actual cases by weeks end.

I'm a little concerned myself, i preorderd the case in silver and black, was charged on my credit card, have recieved various e-mails ie was waiting to see if iphone would be recalled, and another that said, "We have many orders to fullfill and will eventually start shipping this week.

That was this week and now i get this one

*Dear Vapor Customer,*

*Last week we discovered some manufacturing issues with earlier cases that were shipped. We have stopped shipping Vapor cases to remedy the situation but are shipping again.*

*If you have received one of these early units (prior to this week), you will be receiving an email from us explaining the details.*

*Before this issue came up, we told you that we hoped to be caught up with all back orders by end of this week. Unfortunately, we are further behind and some orders will not go out until next week. We will be working all weekend to make sure we get as many out on Monday and Tuesday as humanly possible.*

*We apologize for the delay. We want you to have the best product that we can provide. For questions, please see the FAQs on our website www.ElementCase.com.*

*Thank your for your support and understanding.*

Regards,

*Element Case*

Anyone else recieve this e-mail? Someone have an early version yet?

On the "pre-order" list i.e., haven't placed my actual order yet, but I'm concerned about the case interfering with the antenna/signal. I've seen a lot of speculation and saw someone who'd actually received their case state they had a significant dropoff in throughput after they installed the case.

Compatibility with accessories isn't a big issue for me, but any sort of dropoff in throughput is a deal breaker.

The vapor is cool looking but there is no way I'm putting a case on with VAPOR written in letters that large on my phone. That looks ludicrous.

On the glass scratch issue - my day 1 iPhone 4 had minor scratches on the screen - tiny ones - even though I baby the thing. I took it to Apple and said I had a 3g for 2 years with no scratches. They replaced it.

I did try to warn people on here but few seemed interested.

Metal screens radio waves! end of story. 10:1 that's the 'issue' they have.

I find it suspicious that they keep coming up with reasons to delay, and now they've said they have found a defect after shipping the first wave but NOBODY even has pictures of the actual product, they're all mock-ups. Including the company that manufactures it!

How is it that no real-life pictures exist? And no reviews after they supposedly shipped the first lot?

Shady.
