I have been informed by ElementCASE, you will be able to add your own engraving to there product later on down the line.

I would like this product if it has the same bottom as the Apple Bumper as in has 3 holes in the bottom(1 for the speaker, mic and charger) rather then one big hole. also the removal of the logo which i take it will happen when they allow us to engrave own logo's or name in.

I am sure you have all seen this case befor. Has anyone on here received this case yet from the 1st pre-order?

Hello,

I got my vapor 4 case today, the AR15-V, and from my end after day one of using it I have to say I am very satisfied. The signal drops intermittently, only by 1 bar indoors which is fine by me. Solid 3G with 2-3 bars. I usually get 3 bars.

Now the most important bit for me:

Without the case, when I hold the phone in a "wrong way" I loose signal. I have to hold it in Steve's way in order to not to loose signal :]

With the case on I can finally hold the phone in whatever way I want without loosing signal! and that is what I wanted really.

I'll let you know if anything comes up.

I was having major issues with my phone when the case was on. People started telling me I was cutting in and out, and I was dropping calls more frequently. I also used to always have 3 or 4 bars in my basement, after putting on the case I was having no signal. At first I thought my phone was having issues and needed a trip to the doctors, then after doing some research on the net I found out the issues with the case. I took the case off, and after about 20 minutes, the phone was back to acting normal and the case was eBay bound.

Almost forgot, I also noticed battery performance, even in great signal strength areas, was way down.

Lite2rw,

I am not at all surprised with your iPhone and case problems.

Take a metal box, encompass your phones antenna block off the noise cancellation microphone and expect it to work is just crazy.

Lite2rw, I am not call you crazy, but the concept of this metal case. I looked at that case myself and tried to convince myself that the manufacturer had some secret deign etc. The **** thing looked so nice the personal con-job on myself almost worked. Thankfully the price and my reservation about putting my phone in an aluminum can kept me from taking the plunge.

I know I am going to catch flak from those that swear it works fine for them and all I have to say about that is I wish I had an at&t tower down the block from my home also.

I have decided to buy 2 of these cases and i have been told i am on the next order list and I should expect an email next week to tell me how to buy them.

I have checked on eBay and they sell for much more then the site does.

so it is nice to know if i don't like the product i can always put them on there. but i will only add an extra £10 on them if i do sell one or them.

sins i always get a strong signal i ant worried about dropping one bar and my phone dose not seems to have any issues with it at all. i must of been one of the lucky ones. will keep you posted in about 2-3weeks times/ when i get the item on how it holds up

I just received my cases...2 of them. Both Extreme metals...trust me...both impact reception. You can try it yourself. In my home, I held the phone up with no bumper...3 bars. I just slip the left side of the Vapor bumper on my iPhone4 and within a few seconds you can watch your reception drop by 2 bars. Remove the Vapor...within a few seconds back to 3 bars. I am so disappointed after waiting this long. I might try getting the side strips for the Invisible Shield. I have to say...the bumper looks incredible...but, I put it on today and lots calls all day long. Also, people told me I was breaking up...much more than usual. I wonder if they could open up a portion by the antenna...would that help? Has anyone tried the invisible shield around the edges???

I got my case a couple of weeks ago now. i have tried both and have not noticed any issues with this case on my phone.

I do move around alot for work and worked in a area where the signal is very low goes between 0-1bar. I removed the case and it was just the same 0-1bar(in this location most phones have this issue with no signal that comes and goes).
