Purchased watch series 7 from Apple online Nov 26 2021 but never got $50 gift card I was black friday shopping at apple online store and saw a promotion for $50 gift card for the purchase of the series 7 watch. I never got the gift card and called apple today and they are saying it was only for the series 3 or SE watch. I'm pretty sure that was not the case and now can not find the promotion anywhere. Why would they give you a gift card for $50 for buying a watch series that is several years old? this doesn't make sense.

Exchange Policy To Whom It May Concern: I received an Apple watch as a gift this week and am unsure if I want to keep it. What are my options? Can I return it for a gift card to be spent later on something else? If I did decide to keep the watch, can I exchange it for a different size and color? Thanks, Drew

Is it a gift card inside in a box or it just a “message” on the receipt?
