Iphone 8 - Error 35

Hello -

I am having issues with my iPhone 8. Last night is all of a sudden shut down and when I reboot it doesn't leave the Apple logo screen.

I followed the recommended instructions to update, even restore - nothing has worked. I get an "Unknown error occurred (35)" message.

Can anyone help?

Trevor

It may be a hardware issue according to this article:

iOS update and restore errors - Apple Support

Here's what to check. Try again after each step:

  1. If iTunes is already open, quit and reopen it.
  2. Check your third-party security software.
  3. Make sure that your USB cable, computer, and network are reliable. Then try twice more to restore your device.
  4. Check for outdated or modified software

If you still see the error, contact Apple Support.
