unknown purchases from itunes.com/bill cork

even i didn't used the family shared purchases, unknown receipt from "Itunes.com/bill cork"

also I 've checked all subcription lists and purchase app, still can't found any further issued what I've paid.

I wonder how can I get refund from unknown purchases in Itunes.
