Come on Kevin, have you clicked on the blue text High Sierra in Neils reply. I have just done that and can confirm that this connects you with the app Store and then opens at the High Sierra download page, see below.
Press 'Get' to start the download.
Before doing that make sure your mac is connected to your router via cable rather than WiFi.
Make sure your HD has enough free space, at least 20GBs free.
Make full back up of your mac.
Before upgrading make a full back up of your Mac.
Check that third party apps you use have updates available for the new OS.
Check that your printers/ scanners etc have updated drivers and software available for the new OS.
Do not use the mac while it is downloading, do not use any other devices that share your internet connection
whilst the mac is downloading.
And Kevin most importantly wash your hands with soap in hot water for at least 20 seconds. Regularly.
I haven't been able to find High Sierra in the app store - where can I get it? I know my computer and apps are compatible.
