I wish to add a splash screen to every device that connects to my network. I have an Apple Time Capsule, however, I am not sure how I can create the page. I have browsed through the settings and could not find anything that allows me to achieve this.
Do you guys have some suggestions?
Apple does not provide this type of option or feature on any of their routers, so there is not much to suggest other than another router.
The feature that you will need is called a Captive Portal, found in most commercial or business type routers.

As Bob has already mentioned, the Apple base stations do not support this feature. You will need to upgrade to either a consumer "pro" or business-grade router to have this capability.

Thanks to Tesserax for the additional information. I should have noted that any type of "professional" feature like you are looking for will require a rather steep learning curve if you are thinking of doing this yourself.
