Time Capsule does not show on Airport Utility
Time capsule is 7.9.1.
it used to work with no problem.
Fortunately Christian, a tech support from Apple was anle to help me and now is functioning as before. Only thing it seems that older back-ups were lost.
We don't know what the Apple support person advised, but you should not have lost your previous backups unless he instructed you to erase the Time Capsule hard drive.
Unfortunately, we don't know........
What version of AirPort Utility that you are using?
What model of Time Capsule that you have?
Whether or not you have already tried any troubleshooting steps? And what they might have been?
So, things that might be obvious to you are totally unknown to us. In that regard, we'll only know as much about your issue as you can tell us.
