Ring doorbell Pro App _ set up issues _ Unable to connect to WiFi

I have been trying to set up the Ring doorbell Pro via an app on the iphone, however when connecting Ring doorbell to the home sky router the password that I enter errors with " Password incorrect " every time I try- But The password is correct.


When I have spoken with Ring help line they have asked me disconnect my iphone WiFi from the home router and connect again with the password, however I am now unable to sign back into the WiFi connection on my iphone as the " password is incorrect.


Not sure what to do now ?

Thanks for reaching out to Apple Support Communities. I understand you’re having issues connecting your iPhone to your Wi-Fi network. I’ll be happy to help with this.


If you haven’t already, restart your iPhone, router and modem. This link can help you restart your iPhone:

If that doesn’t help, reset your Network Settings. Tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you’ve used before.


You may also want to see if there is an update available for your iPhone as well:

If you still have issues after this, try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network and see if the issue continues.
