I am using powerpoint in Office 365 and trying to use voice recording. It is not recording even though the timer is going. In Privacy set-up should the box for powerpoint be checked or unchecked? Suggestions?

You'll want to check that the internal microphone is allowed access for that app:

You can also test recording your voice in an Apple app, such as Voice Memos: Use the Voice Memos app
