You will need to erase the whole disk, not just Macintosh HD.

From macOS Terminal, post the output of
diskutil list
Run
diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g
and post the output.
You have two 'Macintosh HD - Data' partitions. How did you create these? Do you have a Time Machine backup of macOS?
No.i dont have a time machine backup.
