Hello aracely93 and welcome to Apple Support Communities.

I understand that you're encountering an error indicating "This account has no reachable address" when attempting to sign in to FaceTime on your Mac.

Start by going to System Preferences > iCloud > Name, Phone, Email and confirm if you have an email address shown under the Reachable at section. If not, try adding one then see if you can sign in to FaceTime:

You can also do this at the Apple ID account page via a web browser. See the following steps from About your Apple ID email addresses:

"1. Sign in to your Apple ID account page.

2. Click Edit in the Account section.

3. Under Reachable at, select Add More.

4. Enter your additional email address. Make sure you're not already using it as an Apple ID.

5. We'll send a verification to that address. Didn't get the email?

6. Enter the verification code and click Verify."

If you're still encountering the error, try the steps under the "If you can't sign in to FaceTime" section in the support article below:

If you're unable to sign in to FaceTime on your Mac after following those steps, reach out directly to Apple Support for additional options
