I received phone calls from apple care number(1800.275.2273) saying I’m have been having problems with my phone. It happened last year also and then I got fraudulently hacked. So please help. I know that apple doesn’t call you unless requested, but the calls are from apple. So what is a person to do. I hang up right away.

Be aware that virtually all telemarketing and scam phone calls display a spoofed phone number rather than the number that is actually originating the call. You cannot rely on the number shown.
I have that phone number in my contacts and when that phone ring it showed that number and this happened last year also and then I got hacked that’s why I’m concerned I called Apple and they said to send it through here so I don’t know what they’re gonna do about it I think somebody that works for Apple is doing it because that’s when I got that phone number and after that phone number she told me I can call her anytime instead of calling Apple I can call her direct sounds fishy to me

The number means absolutely nothing. Every scammer in the world can easily spoof the number and they do it all of the time to help convince people to answer and to believe that it is someone from Apple.
Simply hang up on the criminals. That's all that is required, and the quicker you hang up, the better.
