I have paid for the education bundle (Logic Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc) and have been waiting for the last 6 days for them to ship, but when I go to track the bundle, it is just shipped and has been for 4 days. anything I can do to fix this?

Adding that usually you get a redeem code by email from Apple. You enter that code in the Mac App Store while logged with your Apple ID. Then you will be able to download the bundle.
If you don't mind, can I ask where did you bought the Education Bundle?

Log into the Mac App Store using the credentials used when you purchased the apps. Check to see if you have “awaiting download”.
I have. all they sent me were my license agreement in 2 different emails
