Order hasn't processed after over a week since order
I ordered an iPad Pro and Apple Pencil (2nd Generation) over a week ago from the online store. It's still sitting in the "processing" status, I haven't been charged yet, and Apple Support hasn't been much of a help explaining why exactly it's taking so long. I've seen people saying it's taken up to 4 days to be charged for their order, but haven't seen anyone having the same issue. I completely understand the delayed shipping times on the orders themselves, but am I just not going to be charged until it ships (which is basically almost another month)?
