Order hasn't processed after three weeks since order

My order of an Ipad Pro hasn't processed after three weeks and had a timeline from oct. 27-nov. 3. Do I need to contact apple or should I wait until november 4 to see what happened to?

You might get an email this week indicated it is shipping and have your tracking information or you could get a new estimated range. If you don't see anything by November 6 I would call them.
