Military CAC access issues after updating to Catalina

ERR_BAD_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_CERT

My certs are good, my computer even recognizes my CAC, and I have followed ALL instructions three time over on deleting all third party software. PKard service is what I had to use before to access DOD websites. It is absolutely vital I get this fixed and it appears no one is even talking about it or what apple plans to do to fix it. If we can't have third party applications then it is Apple's responsibility to push out the firmware updates to fix this. Please help, and don't send me links to militarycac.com unless it is recent in the year 2020.
