I am trying to download all of the additional sounds from Logic Pro X but my computer says there isn't enough free space to download everything. It is a brand new 16GB MacBook Pro. What do I need to do to download the additional sounds?

121 GB... Do you mean total storage or free space? In both cases it looks like the Mac Book Pro is on the low end configuration of the 13" model. If that the case, even if you're able to install the full Logic Library you will be on the usable limit of the Mac.
That being said... The Library packages are first downloaded then installed and the initial package deleted. This means you need the double of free space for each package. What you can try is to install Library components one by one; not all at the same time.
