Turn my green bubble to blue for group text

That is done automatically based on the participants in Your Group Text.

For the Text Bubble to be Blue, every member of the Group must be on an Apple device AND Using iMessages. If one or more of the members of the group text is on SMS or on a Non-Apple device then the bubble will be Green.

Open Settings➔Messages➔Group Messaging and ensure that the switch is set to ON.
