How to get remote access to machine after restart

I have an iMac Pro at work that has a tendency to restart once every few weeks. I've been unable to identify the cause of these reboots or fix the problem. Because of COVID I do not have easy access to the computer, which has become a huge problem since after restarts I can not access it remotely because I had FileVault turned on. I was able to go in and log on this time, but may not be able to in the future. I turned FileVault off, but "Automatic Login" is still unavailable to me. Will I be able to access my machine remotely after the next restart, or is there something else I need to do?
