Accessing subscription done through iTunes on my windows PC

Hi, I bought a Hotstar VIP subscription from iTunes. Got a confirmation e-mail too. However there are no credentials mentioned in the email. So if i have to access the subscription from my windows machine, what credentials do I use? I am unable to login using my e-mail id attached to my iTunes account or my mobile number. I wrote to Hotstar support but they are unable to locate my email id and want a receipt. I sent them the email confirmation i got from Apple for the subscription but they are insisting on a receipt. Meanwhile iTunes shows my purchase as pending despite my credit card having been charged. I am at my wits end to figure out how to get a receipt in this situation.

Any help will be appreciated.

Hi .....thanks. Apple support refused to consider a refund because they said my problem does not qualify for one.

I can unsubscribe but that won't help get my money back.

Meanwhile I don't know how to contact apple support such that they tell me what credentials they pass on to Hotstar when handling my subscription so that I can either use that to login through my Windows machine or provide the details to Hotstar to find the equivalent credentials. That would be the easiest solution to my mind.

Any thoughts ?
