Dear Sir or Madam,

I am trying to retrieve my password from my Roblox account. They have asked me to verify information as indicated here:

We are sorry but we are not able to verify the ownership with the screenshot you have provided as it doesn't shows the first purchase made on the account.

However, in order to verify your ownership, please provide us with a copy of your iTunes purchase receipt for the month of Jan 2019 containing with correct purchase date, amount and product so that we can assist you accordingly.

Receipts will include the Order and Transaction numbers as well as Billing Name and Address.

If you need assistance in obtaining a receipt from iTunes, you can consult their help page.

I attempted to do so and provided several screen shots from my ITunes account. Evidently what I provided is not the complete information they require. Can you provide me with the information from the January 2019 Roblox (Robux) purchase? I am 66 years old and tried to retrieve the info. However, I don't think I am looking in the right place. Help would be much appreciated.

Do not worry.

Please visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com

Once you’re on this page, sign in with your Apple ID

There, you’ll be able to see all your transactions —> search your transaction

Above your transaction, you’ll see the date, and a number, with a little arrow.

Click on this arrow, you’ll see some info about this purchase, and a blue text “View Invoice”

Click on it, now you’ll see a complete invoice of your purchase, with all information you need.

Thanks for your answer.

The page I specified is displaying your recent purchases.

If you’re looking for older purchases:

On your iPhone or iPad, go to settings/Your Apple ID/Media & Purchases/View my account

[I noticed your iPad is under iOS 9 version, if it’s the case, you should be able to find your account in settings/App Store and iTunes Store/Your Apple ID address]

Once you’re on your Apple ID page, scroll down up to Purchase History

Now, select 2019 under Date Range section

Find your purchase, click on it, and you should be able to see ‘Resend’ (in blue) on the purchase page.

By clicking on this blue text, Apple will send you the (complete) purchase invoice on your Apple ID email address.
